Southeast Community Health Systems awarded QuickBuildings three school-based medical clinic buildings in Greensburg, Louisiana. In addition to the modular buildings, they provided the site work, steps, ADA ramp and awning at each school location.
Since the original installation of those three clinics, SCHS has contracted with QuickBuildings to relocate one of our doublewide clinics to another school location.
We are pleased with their workmanship and professionalism. It is my pleasure to recommend them as a modular vendor and contractor.
This letter of recommendation is being sent on behalf of QuickBuildings. Morehouse Community Medical Centers, Inc., recently solicited public bids for a medical modular building for a school based health center at Bastrop High School. QuickBuildings was the successful bidder of our project. MCMC is satisfied with the services and quality of the building provided by QuickBuildings. I recommend them for your project without hesitation.
Symbol Healthcare Solutions provides onsite medical clinics and wellness programs for employers with self-funded health plans. Some of our locations have unique construction situations and we have relied upon QuickBuildings to provide modular solutions. We have been very satisfied with both the buildings and the service provided by Quick Buildings. They are now our preferred vendor. Quick Buildings worked with my team to design and create onsite custom clinics to fit the needs. They are attentive to detail, responsive to our questions and concerns, and always courteous. They deliver a quality product and we have been very satisfied in every way. I would highly recommend Quick Buildings to any professional looking for a modular facility.
Jane Conkin with Quick Buildings supplied and installed approximately 21 modular buildings for my company for the McKinley High School project in Baton Rouge, LA in late 2008. The contract amount was approximately $1.3 million. The project was very time sensitive with a condensed construction schedule of 45 days. QuickBuildings successfully completed their portion of the project on time as well as performing exceptionally well. Jane was easy to work with and very accommodating. I would highly recommend Quick Buildings in Mobile, Alabama for similar projects.
I started a waste collection and landfill business in 2000, it exploded right in front of my eyes. We went form 3 employees working out of a rented office trailer to 75 employees in less than 3 years. I would just have not have made it without Jane at QuickBuildings. I told her what I needed she guided me threw the traps and delivered just what we had to have on time and the price was right. Look if you want to but you’re not going to find a better unit or better people to work with.
Crescent Commercial Construction has worked with Quick Buildings on a number of projects in and around the New Orleans area. The first project we tackled was for the New Orleans Youth Study Center (a nice name for the juvenile jail). This project included detention grade modular buildings, one of which was a cafeteria that included a commercial kitchen. Including the design phase, we completed this project in just over 80 days. Another project was a medical clinic in the Lower Ninth Ward, where the project was completed 45 days ahead of schedule. Most recently, we worked together on a very time sensitive project at Lusher Charter Schoool, where we designed, manufactured, delivered, and installed 22 classrooms on a site with very limited access in 64 days! Without having Jane and here team’s expertise on board, I do not think we would have ever even bid on any of these projects. Due to the tight time frames and complexity of these various projects, working with any other modular vendor was never an option. Quick Buildings provided professional supervision throughout the duration of each project and has handled any warranty items very promptly. We look forward to working with Jane and the Quick Buildings team again.
